Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?
Visit our Get Started page, choose your package, fill in the short creative brief and submit. A designer will be assigned within 2 hours and you'll receive an email confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
Starter packages are delivered in 24–48 hours. Growth and Full Experience take 2–4 business days. Innovation timelines are agreed before work begins. Rush delivery (under 12hrs) is available for a +$29 add-on.
How many revisions do I get?
Starter includes 3 revision rounds, Growth includes 7, and Full Experience & Innovation include unlimited revisions. We work until you are completely satisfied with the result.
What if I'm not happy with the first draft?
Simply reply to your delivery email with specific feedback and we'll revise it — no extra charge for included revision rounds. If we cannot meet your brief after all revisions, you're entitled to a full refund.
What file formats will I receive?
All packages include PDF, high-resolution JPG and PNG. From the Growth package upwards you also receive full editable source files: Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop (PSD) and SVG formats.
What resolution should I print at?
Your files are already set at 300 DPI in CMYK colour mode — the correct professional print specification. Hand your print shop the PDF file and they will handle the rest without any additional adjustments.
Can I update my menu prices later?
Yes. With source files (Growth and above) you can edit prices yourself in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. Full Experience also includes 2 free price-update rounds within the first 6 months after delivery.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If after all included revision rounds we genuinely cannot fulfil your original brief, we issue a full refund within 5 business days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
