💰 Pricing & Packages
Pricing starts at $59 USD for the Starter package (1 menu, 2 revisions, PDF delivery). Growth is $99 (up to 4 pages, 4 revisions, source files). Full Experience is $149 (up to 8 pages, unlimited revisions, all file formats). Custom pricing is available for larger projects via the Innovation package. See full pricing →
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, no per-revision charges (within your package limit), and no fees for receiving your final files. The only extras are optional add-ons like rush delivery or additional menu updates after the project is closed.
Our listed prices are in USD, but our payment processor accepts all major currencies — GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, AED, and more. Your bank or card provider will apply the exchange rate at checkout.
⚙️ Process & Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from when we receive your complete brief and menu content. Multi-page or highly complex projects may take up to 72 hours. Rush delivery (same day) is available — contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
You'll need to provide: your menu items and prices, your restaurant name and cuisine type, any existing logo or brand assets (colours, fonts) if you have them, and any design preferences or reference images. The more information you share, the better we can tailor the design. Start here →
Starter includes 2 revision rounds. Growth includes 4 rounds. Full Experience and Innovation include unlimited revisions. A revision round means you send all your feedback at once and we update the design. We don't count minor text corrections (like correcting a price typo) as revision rounds.
Never. Every menuFest design starts from a blank canvas. We don't use Canva templates, stock layouts, or AI-generated designs. Your menu is designed specifically for your restaurant, your cuisine, and your customers. This is what separates us from most other services.
📁 Files & Formats
All packages include a print-ready PDF (300dpi, CMYK colour space, with bleed marks and crop marks). Growth and above packages also include editable source files (Adobe InDesign or Illustrator). Digital and QR menu packages include web-optimised PNG/JPG and mobile-responsive HTML where applicable.
If you received editable source files (Growth and above), yes — you can open the files in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator and make text edits. If you don't have Adobe software, we offer affordable update services. Contact hello@menufest.online with your changes and we'll quote you.
🌍 Locations & Compliance
Yes. We serve restaurants in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, UAE, Nigeria, Germany, India, and many more countries. We have experience with bilingual menus (English/French, English/Arabic, English/German), right-to-left scripts, Halal certification labels, EU 14-allergen compliance, and regional currency formatting.
Yes. We design bilingual and multilingual menus including Arabic/English, French/English, German/English, Chinese/English, and more. For Arabic menus, we handle right-to-left text layout and Arabic typography correctly — this is a common area where other services go wrong.
🛡️ Refunds & Support
Yes. If work hasn't started, we offer a full refund. Once a draft has been delivered, we don't offer refunds — but we will continue revising until you're satisfied. We've never had to argue about this because we're committed to delivering something you're happy with. Full refund policy →
